Process Design Consultants, Inc. does not “endorse” products or equipment.

Our role as independent investigators requires objectivity, neutrality, and most importantly, fair and balanced reporting. Balanced reporting requires that weaknesses and strengths be clearly documented. When taken out of context - or when critical phrases are removed (see below) - specific weaknesses or strengths may be over or under emphasized.

For example, we may identify a specific weakness to alert our client to avoid the use of specific functions or specific options. If viewed in isolation, equipment which is highly suitable, as long as the functions or options are avoided, may be rejected.

Conversely, we may identify numerous strengths, but find that design decisions targeted to a specific industry may be undesirable for another industry.

Ethical and legal responsibilities do not permit us to discuss reports without permission from all involved parties. If that permission is granted, ProDesCon will gladly confirm the context, validity, and accuracy of any statements taken from our reports.
